What do we need to process your order?
To process your order, we will require your name, e-mail address, credit or debit card number and card expiry date. Without this information we are unable to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.
A telephone number is also required so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order.
Unless you advise us otherwise, we may pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.
When you register with us you can choose whether or not you would like to be sent notification of special orders, promotions and other correspondence from us via your email.

Credit Card Security

Returns Policy
Returns will only be accepted if an item is found to be faulty. If that is the case, the company will arrange for collection of the faulty item and will offer a full refund or exchange.
Liability
Any defect in the quality, quantity and condition of the goods should be notified by the Customer to the Company, on receipt of the goods and the delivery should be refused by the Customer.
If DRS does not notify the company and refuse the delivery DRS will not accept liability for such defect and the Customer will required to pay for the goods in full as if delivered.
DRS will inspect the goods returned and if the defect is identified, the Customer will be given the option of replacement at no additional cost or a full refund of the price of the goods. The DRS will have no further liability to the Customer.
DRS will inspect the goods returned and if no defect is identified the goods will be returned to the Customer at the Customer's cost.
DRS under no circumstances will be liable to the Customer for any loss of profits, additional costs, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any defect in goods supplied. DRS 's liability will be restricted to the value of goods returned found to be defective on inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or the Company's liability to the Customer for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or injury resulting from the Company's negligence.
General
The validity, legality or enforceability of any part of these terms and conditions will be unaffected by the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any individual part of these term and conditions.
The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.
