AirMesh Polyester is lightweight, foldable, and far easier to ship and install than PVC, which often requires careful rolling to avoid damage.

At just 105gsm, it’s significantly lighter, ideal for large-scale applications like Heras fencing, where weight matters.

Despite its lightness, it’s highly durable with strong stitched hems and excellent airflow, making it perfect for windy conditions.

Plus, being 100% polyester, it’s a more eco-friendly alternative, meeting sustainability goals where PVC falls short.

Standard Finishing Options 

• Hems & Eyelets: Stitched hems with evenly spaced clear plastic eyelets (one per metre by default). Custom spacing available on request.

• Hems Only: Clean stitched hems without eyelets.

• Pole Pockets: Pockets added to specified edges for pole support. Provide the pole diameter, and we’ll size the pockets accordingly.

Please Note:

AirMesh Polyester may allow some light show-through when backlit. Items are supplied folded; creases will ease when tensioned or can be ironed out.

Stitching is done in black or white thread chosen to best match your design.
