What file format should I upload for my poster?
We recommend uploading your poster as a high-quality PDF to ensure fonts, images and layout print exactly as intended. For best results, we also advise flattening the PDF before uploading.
Can you print PowerPoint posters?
Many students design academic posters in PowerPoint, but we require files to be supplied as PDFs to reduce conversion issues and speed up production.
What poster sizes do you print?
We print popular academic poster sizes, including A0, A1 and A2. If your university requires a custom size, just get in touch with your requirement.
How quickly can my poster be printed?
We offer fast turnaround times, including same-day printing on selected orders. This is ideal for last-minute dissertation, conference or presentation deadlines.
Can I collect my poster instead of paying for delivery?
Yes. Local collection is available, which is especially convenient for students at Keele University and Staffordshire University.
Is there free parking?
Yes. We have free customer parking directly outside our shop. You can also view directions to our studio before visiting.
Do you check my poster before printing?
Yes. We perform a basic file check before printing to identify obvious issues such as incorrect sizing or low-resolution artwork, but we do not proofread content unless specifically requested.
Can you print conference posters for academic events?
Yes. We print conference and research posters for university events, exhibitions and professional presentations.
What colour mode should I use for poster printing?
CMYK is preferred for print accuracy, although RGB files can usually still be printed successfully.
What happens if my file has an issue?
If we notice a major issue with the artwork, we will contact you before printing wherever possible.
