How Long Will Delivery Take?
Orders will be delivered by either ourselves locally or by a UK nationwide carrier. Most stock items will be delivered the next day if ordered before 3.00 pm. Orders placed after this time may still be delivered the next day.
If you have any special requirements for the courier please leave any instructions in the order note section via the checkout page. This will be passed onto the courier to complete the delivery smoothly.
Although next-day delivery is our aim, due to unexpected courier issues, there might be a delay with the estimated time of arrival. If we have any updates on a potential delay an email will be sent to you with details of tracking information.
If a tracking link is required please get in touch with your order number and then tracking info will be provided.
If you require your delivery sooner or if there are any special requests such as an express delivery then please contact us as quotes can vary depending on product weight and quantity.
Local Collection
Please note that some products do not qualify for local collection in Newcastle-under-Lyme due to uncertain stock levels. We will contact you and refund the order if an alternative product cannot be provided.
If you would like to collect from our store please get in touch with the item details. If it is possible for the item to be collected we will arrange a time for your collection with you.
How Much Will Delivery Cost?
- Consumable orders to mainland UK £7.50
- Highlands and offshore islands £17.95
For orders of £300 and over delivery is free (does not include orders for Highlands and offshore Islands)
The exact delivery cost will be calculated within the checkout stage. For large-format printer orders and pallet deliveries please get in touch for a quote.
All prices are subject to VAT at 20%
Returns
If a product is damaged or missing please email us with photo evidence within 7 days from when the item was received. We will then provide instructions with a return label and replacement.
For products that are ordered in error, there will be a restocking charge which is confirmed at the time of the query, all returns are paid for by the consumer. If you have received an incorrect item in error please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return.
